Recently, we embarked upon a traineeship programme in conjunction with our client, Bron Afon Community Housing.
Our ‘EWI that Works’ 2 day a week employability programme is for 4 people, and consists of a mix of on-site and classroom training around employability skills and training for asbestos awareness, CSCS card etc.
We developed our own training and induction programme with the express intention of developing our resource base from within, thereby ensuring that all of our employees share a culture and attitude that is conducive to continual, sustainable growth. As such, there is the potential for the right candidate who shows the right key attributes, for long-term job retention, leading to further specialist training and accreditation.
It is refreshing to see their enthusiasm and approach to delivering a quality install, as well as their appetite for learning!
